JCK is responsible for the takedown, palletization, and installation of Automated Robot Welding Cells for a Tier One Automotive Supplier. This includes the disassembly, packaging and installation of Welding Robots, Spot Weld Robots, Tip Dresser Tools and various part specific tooling equipment. JCK will also be palletizing and installing all the Robot Cell Control Panels, PLC Panels and HMI Panels.
We will be responsible for the installation of all the Robot Cell safety fencing, safety gates and safety light curtains and also be responsible for the takedown and installation of Robot cabling and cable trays. JCK’s will be providing engineering services in order to support the reinstallation efforts.
We have recently commenced on a new project at Green Park Rail Station in Reading. Please click link showing progress of the project to date.
JCK USA have been awarded our biggest Warehouse project to date.
JCK USA will carry out a full turnkey installation of a new Hub design for one of the USA's biggest retailers.
The project will consist of Project Logistics, Electrical & Mechanical installation of a combined conveyor and ASRS, the system will involve approximately 34km of Automated material handling products.
The project has just commenced in March 2022 and is due for hand over in February 2023.

Today we have achieved a monumental milestone. EBH Phase 5 PA3 has successfully been signed by HAL and key stakeholders. Over two years ago, Phase 1 commenced onsite and despite the huge challenges faced, we have as a team, not only overcome those challenges, but we absolutely smashed them! Approximately 3.45Km of conveyors have been installed and 5Km of conveyors removed, all without affecting the live system and not impacting passenger experience. It certainly has been a roller coaster of emotions and I could not be more proud of what we have achieved. It has been a pleasure to work with such a driven team.

I want to share the fact that yesterday Vanderlande successfully completed the TSA Integrated System Acceptance Test. This is a major milestone for the Orlando Airport project. It also is significant event for USA airport baggage handling.
